1.President Precha opened the meeting and Sergeant at Arms Rtn Stephen introduces visiting Rotarians and guests.
2. President Precha invites Rotarians and Guests to dinner.
3.. President Preecha reports on last weeks activities.
4. International service chairman, IPP Niels reported about our matching grants programs with the computers for Schools and the Mercy Center. We now have two programs active and will be completed as soon as the OK from RI is received.
5.DG Arnon asks our club to provide his home club, Buriram. We will coordinate our effort at Buriram in the water treatment for schools.
6. Rtn George suggested we have a club bulletin each month and he will organize it soon.
7. President elect Gerard announces his new directors and other positions with the OK of each position by the members. Gerard will publish an organizational chart for all members.
8. Secretary Don announces the District Assembly on the 2..3..4 of May and request which members will attend. 16 members will attend the meeting to gain club knowledge.
9. Water treatment plant for the schools updated by Rtn Prarintorn and Secretary Don. School Pongsaket is constructing a room for the equipment and power circuit breakers. The room will be completed in a few weeks ready for the water company to install and test.
10. President announces the Phoenix club’s May Day celebration at the Pinaclle Hotel on the 1st of may at 18:00 pm
