1.President elect Gerard opened the meeting and Sergeant at Arms Rtn Stephen introduces visiting Rotarians and guests.
2. President elect Gerard invites Rotarians and Guests to dinner.
3. Dr Manoon from Bangkok Pattaya Hospital speaks about how to grow old gracefully.
4. PP Chalor announces the outcome of our second planning installation meeting for the 29 of June 2008.
5. PE Gerard speaks on the President Elect Training Seminar (PETS) at Suphanburi with Secretary Don and the focus on leadership aims.
6. Secretary Don calls upon the support of our club members in the formation of our installation booklet and to ensure the membership data is updated with photos.
7. Trutizs of the Rotary club of Phoenix-Pattaya announces to our members to attend the May 1st day Celebration at the Pinnicle hotel on Na Jomtien across from the Alankarn Show.
8. Rotarian Robert Bratosa from Jubijana Slovinia exchanged Club Banners with President Elect Gerard and spoke about his club and their projects to help the community . He also sent the best wishes of his President to our club.
