1. President Preecha commences the meeting in accordance to the agenda,informing the meeting of last weeks activities and reports by chairmen Viwat,WilliamPrasir5 and Niels.
2. Rotary World Peace Day and Rotary Club of Pattaya Peace Day celebration at the Peace Monument of the 23rd of Feb at 10:10 am with cleaning and renovating the area.
3. Sister club of Buri Ram mutual project to support each club’s activities. Matching grant suggestions of water treatment plans with local schools.
4. Inter city meeting at Rayong at the Plern-Ta restaurant from 11:30 am to 17:00 pm on the 24th of Feb 2008 for the Eastern region. The activities on the 24 the of Feb 2008 will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Rayong and officiated by District Governor Arnon Chirajvala on the 24 of Feb 2008 at 18:30 pm Past R.I. President Bichai Rattakul will preside over the Charter night of the Rotary club of Ban-Ple-Samet Rayong at the Tamnan Pa restaurant.
5. District 3340 conference on the 7,8, 9 March 2008 at Nakphanom Riverside hotel a mini van will be arranged by the club at no cost to members. Reserve your seat with Secretary Don or Treasurer Praphan.
