Report by Secretary, PP Don
1. Acting President Gerard opens the meeting and acting Sergeant at Arms John Coughtrie (Rotarian Stephen was unable to attend the Fellowship) introduces visiting Rotarians and guests.
2. President Gerard invites Rotarians and Guests to dinner.
3. PP Niels introduces Honorary Rotarian Police Col. Nopadol to receive his certificate and to speak to our club about his ideas and duties as new Police chief.
4. Rtn Alexander introduces Honorary Rotarian Peter John Creed to receive his certificate and announce our great success in the Elvis concert for the Mercy Center and the donation to our Club for their help in this event.
5 A host of raffle prizes were distributed to the lucky winners . Rtn William won about 5 prizes!
6 Visiting Rotarians gave a great rendition of some of the oldie but goodies and some Thai members sang to their hearts content to all the people’s happiness.
7 Members that had a birthday in Dec and Jan were sung to for their happiness and well being in the coming years. The cake was sent to all tables for their pleasure.
8 President Gerard closed the meeting and wished the guest good night and thanked them for their attendance for our first fellowship of the year 2008.
