Meeting report by Secretary, PP Don
President Preecha welcommed all and opened the meeting with the Thai National anthem.
Sergeant at Arms, Rotarian Stephen introduced visiting Rotarians and guests
President Preecha invites all to buffet dinner.
1. Sergeant at Arms calls for all members to observe a few minutes of silent prayer for the passing Princess Galyani.
2. President Preecha ask all members to say a few words to wish our members a Happy new year.
3. Secretary Don reports on the plans on the wheelchair project and the call for truck volunteers on the 11,12,13, 14 and 15 of Jan 2008. We also need translators and helpers.
4. Rtn Alexander report on the planned Elvis concert ticket sales.
5. Webmaster Chris calls on all members to update their present address, emails and telephones for our members address list.Please send them to him.
6. Secretary Don announces the son of Printhorn and Suwana will be a Youth exchange student this coming Aug 2008 to America for one year.
7. Treasurer Praphan announces the semi-annual dues and food of 4,000 baht are presently due now.
President Preecha closed the meeting with the playing of the Kings anthem.
