Meeting report by Secretary, PP Don
President Preecha called in sick and President Elect Gerard opened the meeting with the Thai National anthem.

President Elect Gerard invites all to buffet dinner.
1. PDG Jin welcomed Rotarian George Tomlinson as a new member of our club as of 5 Nov 2007.
George will be presented a club pin at one of our fellowship parties. George spoke of his background and his happiness on joining our club.
1a.Club Chairman Vivat urged all members to support our Palm reading fund raiser this coming 17 and 18 Nov at the Town in Town hotel form 09:00 17:00 pm.
1b.William Vocational Chairman noted that he did not have any report as he just returned from England.
1c.PP Niels spoke of the acceptance by Police Chief Nopadol as an Honorary member of our Club.
We will request other VIP of Pattaya to become our honorary members of our club.
PP Niels noted that all members should support the PALM READING fund project.
PP Niels spoke about Rotary Foundation month of November and the foundation and goals.
1d. Prasit,community chairman did not have any report.
2. Palm reading support by PP Chalor.
3. PP Don announced to member to attend the cataract operations opening ceremony at Samitvij hospital on the 14 Nov in Sriracha.
4. Rtn. Alexander announced that the Elvis concert is moving forward and request volunteers for various committee programs.
5. Secretary Don reported on the donation tables at Carrefour for blankets and clothes with the Mercy center cooperation.
San Migal beer will sponsor blankets with heir logo on them.
Secretary Don asks for volunteers to man the tables with the mercy center children and staff.
6. Visiting Rotarian James from Malaysia exchanged banners and spoke of his club’s activities.
Visiting Damrongphan from Bangkok spoke of his Club’s plans and members.
President Elect Gerard closed the meeting with the playing of the Kings anthem.
