Weekly meeting report by Secretary, PP Don
1. President Precha opens meeting with Thai National anthem.
2. Sergeant at Arms Steve introduces visiting Rotarians and guests.
President Preecha invites members and guest to buffet dinner.
3.Report by Chairmen of their respective areas of service.
PP Niels reported on the matching grant with our Korean sister club will be over last year's donation. We will be obtaining $ 1,500 USd from district to help in the overall grant.

PP Boonsurb ask Past District Governor to give grant assistance for our Youth Exchange program of 15,000 baht.

Ask member to support the club share of the nurse's room at a local school.

Secretary Don will report the donations to the Mercy center next week as a few member would like to discuss the vintage car show progress.
Many member did not like to be assigned to committee positions without their Ok but all members may transfer to other duties as we get more data and scheduling. These assignments are the same ones as we have had for the few months with no changes only updated with government officials and dignitaries President Preecha ask for a show of hand on the continuance of the vintage car show fund raiser.
The majority were in favor of the club taking this project in Feb 2008 during Chinese New year at the Indoor stadium but to down scale the event the first year so we can learn the system for future years. All our Thai members were respectful to the nature of the large scale project and were concern on our failure or loss of moneys. Most members will support the project to the best of their abilities and all members must join hand to make this first year successful and profitable.
