1. President Precha opens meeting with Thai National anthem.

President Preecha invites members and guest to buffet dinner.
1. Rotarian John reported that we will be postponing our vintage car show to Feb, 2008 Chinese New Year as we need more time to organize.
2. PP Chalor spoke of the Governor Anon aims of water management and literacy for the coming year’s project. He would also like to see a sister club agreement between Pattaya his home club of Buri Ram and the Eastern seaboard club. PP Don will speak with the president of the Eastern Seaboard club to seek their agreement.
3. PP Chalor reported on the membership development seminar by Governor Arnon on the 18 th of Aug with a good attendance of many clubs.
4. Secretary Don reported of the meeting at Satahip Rotary club for the disaster victims of a huge fire that destroyed their home. President Preecha, PP Don, PP Praphan, PDG Jin,PP Chalor, PP Boonsurb, Rtn John Blair and Youth Exchange student JG were in attendance.
District 3340 donated 30,000 Baht and our club donated 10,000 Baht to help in their recovery. A total of 105,00 Baht was given to ADG Ronnachai for his destroyed home and belongings.
5. Rtn John Blair reported on the survey of needy schools for our matching grants of computers and water management projects.
6. Secretary Don asked the general members if we wanted to participate in the Jesters Childrens Fair this coming Sept 9 th at the Dianna Driving range with a children’s charity stall. All were in favor of this public show of our club with a small project to help the children in a small way.
Rtn John Coughtrie will be the chairman of this project and asked our members to think or donate small prizes for our lucky wheel and happy draw.
We will need many volunteers to help on that day. We have booked a stall with the President Woody of Jesters for the day and a stall members meeting on the 3 of Sept at Jameson’s at 19:00 pm to arrange the days events.
7. PP Chalor gave a brief outline on the fund raisers of Palmistry.
8. PP Don visited the new Bowling Alley at the Avenue Major Cineplex and will hold a meeting with their managers to discuss possible costs and times for us to hold a Bowling Tournament.
Possible dates will be 12 of Oct or 31 of Oct 2007.
9. Rtn Ossi said he would plan for a Floorball event with PP Niels as we have a main sponsor. PP Don recomended that we try to have a Floorball contest to promote this new and interesting game of sport.
