A sister club agreement was signed between the Rotary Club of Pattaya and the Rotary Club of Cheungpyung, Korea, District 3600 on 12 March 2007.
The signing of the agreement was done to symbolise the partnership of the two clubs in a matching grant project to provide computers to two rural schools near Pattaya as well as to estabish a computer school within Chonburi Womens prison.
