ROTARY CLUB OF PATTAYA

On 29th May 2007, President Niels together with many members of the Rotary Club of Pattaya went to two schools in the Pong Sub-district Administration area to donate sports equipment to the children.
The schools were Wat Sawang Arom Temple School and Wat Santikhram Temple School.

The Rotary Club of Pattaya cooperated with the Rotary Club Cheungpyung from Korea, who recently visited Pattaya, to raise funds and make this special donation for the children.
On that day only sports equipment was given out, but next month, again with the help from the Rotary Club Cheungpyung and a Matching Grant from the Rotary Foundation, 10 Computers will also be donated to each of these two schools.

After visiting the two schools the President Niels and the Rotarians visited Banglamung School to hand over Art Equipment to the art class. This is where the children who won the recent Paint for Peace competition attend. They created excellent paintings for the recent World Peace Day competition.
