On Friday 22 September 2006, at Laemchabang Municipal Hall between 08.30-12.00 a ceremony was hosted by The Rotary Club of Laemchabang for the Past District Governor Prasert Chaimano Foundation.
The Ceremony was to open the Foundation to start education loans for students, schools and communities.
